Terms of service
Last updated September 1, 2026.
1. The service
BidDesk is a software service that ingests public U.S. federal contract notices, scores them against the company profile you provide, and uses automated analysis to produce briefs, compliance matrices, and draft proposal text. The service is provided by BidDesk (the “Company”, “we”). By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of the business you represent.
2. Your account and your team
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping your password private, and for the people you invite to your workspace. The workspace owner controls billing, team membership, and deletion. You must be authorized to bind your business to these terms.
3. Output is a first draft, not advice
Analyses and drafts are generated automatically from public notices and your own material. They can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. You are solely responsible for verifying every date, requirement, price, and claim before you rely on it or submit anything to a government agency. BidDesk does not provide legal, contracting, or financial advice and is not affiliated with SAM.gov or any government body.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload or type. You grant us the right to process it only to provide the service to you. We send your material to a third-party model provider under terms that prohibit using it to train models. We do not share your content with other customers.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to misrepresent your business to the government, to probe or overload our systems, or to resell access without a written agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Plans, trials, and payment
Trials are free and need no card. Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until you cancel from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and there are no partial refunds. Plans include the analysis and draft limits shown on the pricing page. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice by email.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. Public data sources can change or go offline. We may change or discontinue features; we will give reasonable notice of material reductions.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost contracts, lost profits, or indirect damages.
9. Termination
You can delete your workspace at any time from Settings; this permanently removes your data. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 3, 4, 8, and 10 survive termination.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions go to support@example.com.
